Titus Pascua from the Neah Bay class of 2012 should be considered for the Hall of Fame. The running back led the Red Devils to the state championship his senior year. The records from Neah Bay are not always updated with the rest of the state high schools, but it is likely Ty was one the states leading runners that year and his career numbers were some of the best in the state as well.
