Not familiar with rules of the WIAA, but I know in Oregon it is common place for parents of extremely talented kids to pay whatever the required fees may be to get them into the higher profile schools. It is almost encouraged to be honest.

WIAA--Parent or legal guardian must live in the district the kids plays. His mother lives in Port Angeles and the father I heard moved back to Africa. His legal guardian lives in PA/Neah Bay. Not sure if any of those people moved to Everett. Archbishop Murphey will empty your wallet.
