Runner Passes Through Lewis County on a Global Journey, stops at Frosty's Tav in Napavine, takes part in Honcho's birthday bash.
Step by Step: British Columbia Man Hopes to Support Others With disabilities
Think driving in the snow is difficult? Wayne Cho is running in it and plans to spend the next three years jogging through whatever weather and adventures he encounters on a worldwide journey to raise awareness for disabilities.
Cho, 37, ran across Canada in 2008 and 2009, starting in Newfoundland and ending in his hometown of Vancouver, B.C. Three weeks ago, he left Vancouver on a larger quest to run across America to New York, then fly to England and continue his jog across Europe, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan and on to Australia. He is Canada's Forest Gump.

Fab is damn good but those damn Irish shot the lights out. They would have beaten anyone yesterday. Our starters got outplayed by our bench. There goes the undefeated season

Our game was cancelled today because Trout Lake still doesn't have power. They also said it was difficult getting a hold of their kids because they don't know where some of them are staying. Some are in motels and some are with relatives I guess.

Loggers lost it on the free throw line, not by missing them, but by not getting to the line. It was a fun game to watch!!
