Rumor has it that Lake Quinault is interviewing for an new head coach. Details are sketchy at this time for who will fill this spot.
Also another rumor out of Taholah might be surfacing about a Coaching change?
I am interested in finding out if there are any other teams with coaching changes??

So, is Brad coming back to Wishkah for sure? How about his assistants? Both high energy young guys.

No changes in wishkah valley....that I know...brad better get out before his w/l record gets cloudy. Im not saying they will be bad just young! With the loss of helberg and marsh and the boys from north river it will be a rebuilding year for shure. I predict a 4-5 finish if everything holds up.

On the WIAA website there is a list of proposed amendments that discuss what I think are a couple of possibilities regarding 8th grade participation for the 2011 season.

Also another rumor out of Taholah might be surfacing about a Coaching change? The rumors in Taholah are in regards to a change in the Administration. The Superintendant is retiring, and there has been some speculation that the previous Superintendant may return. If that turns out to be the case, he would likely take over the football program as he has in his previoius 3 tours of duty in Taholah. Just to clarify the situation.

The last time he was here he had his hands pretty full as an administrator. I don't think he is able to dedicate enough time to the overall program. It takes more than 8 hours a week of practice and calling plays on Friday night to be a successful program. That's not to say he hasn't been great for the program in the past. He did a lot while he was here. I just think we have a nice group of young dedicated coaches that are willing to put in the time and effort to make the program successful in the long term. They have some work to do, but I think they are going in the right direction. I would hate to see that broken up right now. Just my opinions of course, I'm sure there are those who would love to see him return.
