i have seen the Colton girls team play 4 times this year. they look to be all around solid again this year. They won district by nearly 40 point aginst ,in my opinion, a very good Tekoa Oaksdale team.

I was curious as to what T/O has this year. It's too bad 3 good teams are in 1 bracket. A deserving team won't bring home a trophy. If this was twitter I would #regionalssuck.

St john/Endicott is also very good this year. T/O beat them by 2 points and i think they split during the season. All three of dist. 9 teams transition well and have strong post players. I am excited to see what the rest of the state has to offer aginst Colton.

Oh, I agree that St.John/End. is a talented team. I figured them right up there too. I didn't see that T/O beat them. Will C/H have anything for T/O?

Reverse that Taholah-MVC score coach. Chitwhins came out on top! Unfortunately for Hoquiam, it could be the same story tomorrow as their boys face the same top ranked program.

Chitwhin girls watched a 9 point 4th quater lead evapoarate as the Hurricanes took it to the hole and hit some key free throws down the stretch, and tied it at 60 with under a minute left. Laura James hit from under the hoop for the go ahead bucket with 11.9. MVC gets it accross midcourt to setup the offense, but the Chitwhins swipe it and James tacks on 2 more for the final margin. MVC is a tough team and should be right in the mix next year with not a single senior on the roster and 8 girls listed at 5-8 and taller.

Yes sir coach, the rest line up to what I have heard. Yakama girls surprised people with their victory over Republic in the other Timberline Regional game. I'm told it was never close.
